The Forge Intensive is an invite-only, 4-week development program for young adults ages 16–18.
Participation is selective by design.
Not every applicant will be accepted.
This process exists to protect:
Cohort culture
Participant outcomes
Sponsor trust
The Forge Intensive is for young people who:
Are seeking more discipline, structure, or direction
Are willing to do hard things
Are open to coaching and accountability
Can commit to four sessions per week for four weeks
Forge does not require prior athletic ability.
Forge does require effort, respect, and follow-through.
Submit the application
Parents and youth complete the application together.
Interview
Selected applicants are invited to a short interview to assess fit and readiness.
Decision
Applicants will be accepted, waitlisted, or declined based on alignment.
If accepted, families will be asked to:
Sign participation agreements
Submit a refundable accountability deposit
Attend orientation
Forge is not a casual program.
Participants are expected to:
Attend every session unless sick or injured
Arrive on time and prepared
Show respect to coaches and peers
Give full effort even when uncomfortable
Failure to meet standards may result in removal from the program.
