All physical activities are age-appropriate and coached by experienced mentors. Challenge is calibrated — never reckless. Safety is a non-negotiable.
The Forge Intensive accepts young men ages 16–18. Cohorts may be grouped by age for appropriate challenge levels.

That's normal. We recommend having an honest conversation about why you want this for him — and letting him ask questions. The interview process helps him feel ownership over the decision.
